An Administrator's Role

The role of the Administrator is to facilitate the publication of maps from the mappers into the Process Library for the users.

This includes:

• Setting up the Approvers and Reviewers
• Running Sandpit, Prelive and Live Publishes when required
• Maintaining the Menu Structure for the Front End
• Maintaining Configuration Settings
• Creating the News (if this has been set up).

The role may also include the Maintenance of the Server
